RACHEL DARBOURNE

Rachel’s work is driven by the desire to reclaim and use a much undervalued material. Polythene comes in many beautiful colours and its’ light weight make it perfect for wearable pieces of jewellery both large and small. Using traditional metal working skills in combination with a folding technique and specially designed tools, Rachel is able to create unique pieces of jewellery from sheet material that is usually discarded.
